Fabrication Process

  • Precision tools and machineries used to cut sheet metals

  • CNC used for bolted panels with precision cutting & bending

  • Value engineering incorporated per customer demands

Passivation & Powder Coating

  • 9-tank process: Degreasing → Water Rinse I → De-Rusting → Water Rinse II → Surface Activation → Phosphating → Water Rinse III → Passivation
  • Oven drying at 120–130°C after 9-tank process
  • Dry powder coating within 24 hrs of oven drying
  • Epoxy-powder coated parts baked at 150–180°C
  • Regular chemical titration testing for quality
